Yeah, same game.
The first one I upped is a rebuilt image lacking the Software 2000 logo screen (s2000 file).
After checking it's identical to the Non-TOSEC image
Magic Serpent v1.0 (1991-05-06)(Software 2000)[a rebuilt][D6039CE0][ALT]
Only difference is the boot block.
