If it's for testing, then why do you want an already-made HDF with it? Just install it yourself. I mean, that's what I understand as "testing".
It's not hard to do. Create the hard disk image, format it, mount it on the Amiga side, copy the Win95 install files into and and make sure you've got lots of time.
I would assume it runs better in DOSBox (AGA or RTG) than in PC-Task.
