Update to the update: If I boot from the normal Workbench 3.1 floppy and start Quarterback Backup and do a backup, there is no jitter at all.
Only when Workbench is fully loaded from the ZuluSCSI "HDD" with al the MuLibs tuning and everything, does the Jitter occur during backup.
