Ok i'm back on, what was basically my pre "throw mmulibs overboard" config. I'll gladly sacrifice an ounce of performance for a pound of stability and data-integrity.
I put the 68030 library from the latest MuLibs distro back in Libs: as well as the mmu.library from the same release.
I now have this in my start-up sequence:
Setpatch
MuFastRom On Protect Head
MuFastZero On MoveSSP=FastSSP
I need the "head" parameter otherwise the A500 crashes during boot. Probably due to the 8MB "GVP HD+ RAM" and the 64MB RAM on the TF. It's my only Amiga where I need that parameter.
