Hi Frode,
Just my observations
1. running 3.0.3 on my arch system:
launcher not working correctly --> windows is half empty
arcade --> fully functional
2. running the latest version (3.1.68)
launcher --> working correctly
arcade --> art working missing (problem in log: arcade.glui.texture.Texture.from_theme() got multiple values for keyword argument 'size')
