In fact we should agree on whether the Amiga has 'infinite' video resolutions or only one where the pixel is visible every (multiple) of 35ns with some possible color selections depending on the chipset.
Technically using programmed modes Denise could also emit a continuous stream of pixels if duly pumped by Agnus.

Back to reality.. I wonder if there is a device where Dragon's Lair is centered, because the video window values are 'wrong'.
So centering should be done manually and so also in WinUAE
