Yes, the DB23F (female) cable connectors someone remade but they are marked up heavily when reselling. You can have them made in China for $2 apiece, but MoQ 500 pcs.

Maybe they can make DB23M too? In that case I guess you could do this variant with a small PCB to fit as a right-angle motherboard connector?
