Seems these were quite uncommon... I really like the M30, I bought it specifically to use on the Amiga and I wouldn't like to spend more money on another controller and adapter.
I thought about biting the bullet and get a RysMk2 adapter and use the M30 wired through USB, but not entirely sure if that would allow it to be used as a CD32 pad.
