I have one of these.
JP1104 is to configure how much FastRAM is installed. For Example, looking at it from the front jumper need to be set as follows;

2 2
0 0
All Jumpers must be set to OFF for the 4MB configuration.
T is for Testing.
The only other jumper I can see is the JP1102. This is to set the SCSI ID. In my case all of them are ON (Came like that).
Note: in my case the original hard disk (Quantum?) died. When it died it used to run and then do a ticking noise as if it is searching for something, then rebooted, then again same thing.
