I searched for the authors name and found some entries here: https://www.amiga-stuff.com/pd/saar.html

The latest version on that list is 2.8 on disk 733. Your version is 2.17. So it might be an update.
I found the disk on the ftp server but I haven't looked at it.

Edit: I just looked at it and the actual version seems to be 2.9 from that disk. But even the readme file just calls it 2.8. Otherwise it looks the same as in your screenshot.
