I am not sure what protocol the tool uses, but another thing the users can try that is having problems is switching between connection types.
I am not sure what they are called in Filezilla, but something like "FTP Using explicit SSL (Auth SSL)" or "FTP Using explicit SSL (Auth TLS"). They should be found on the connection to the FTP.
There should also be a "normal" mode with no encryption. All 3 modes should work. If you find one that does not work in filezilla (or whatever client you use), that could be the one the tool uses and its blocked by Sky.
