In case anyone noticed, I added the following configuration to several variants:
serial_port = midi://mt32
. This however requires updates of both FS-UAE & Launcher 4. Updated builds with support for this are not ready quite yet, but it works fine in testing. If Munt/MT32-emu is running in the background, it should be automatically detected and used. If a real MT-32 is attached, it simply needs to be selected as "MT-32-compatible MIDI out device" in a new MIDI prefs screen in FS-UAE Launcher.
