Hmmm, ok, so I checked those libraries, and ptreplay.library had a size of 0 bytes. I deleted them both and re-ran IMP3. It crashed the same way, but this time, both libraries are 0 bytes. I then tried copying over ptreplay.library from my working OS3 IMP3 setup, and that didn't work either (but interestingly, there's no ptplay.library in Libs: in that setup).
As an aside, if I quit IMP3 before playing anything, I get a message in a console window saying that IMP3 quit without freeing signals. I'm not sure if that's related to the main issue though...
