Same name because it is still using OpenSSL 1.1.1l - not the first time this has happened (this is still the latest 1.1.x version). Same size because it's just lucky, I guess

There were not so many changes in the library code itself - switching from UNIT_VBLANK to UNIT_MICROHZ won't have changed the code size and the other entropy changes were relatively small in terms of code changes, although functionally different, but a little surprising the generated code didn't change size by at least a few bytes. Most of the code changes are in the AmiSSL:OpenSSL tool.
