you write "1996", but in the video is clear that it is 1992 version, so the original "Caesar". DOS version is release in 1992 as video show.
Deluxe could be also a marketing name...It is not the first time that some publishers rename a game in the Cover or in some adverts, but not in the game title. In this case a different intro and game options, but the game is exactly the same.
