Ok, here's my update (reminder I am trying to emulate an a500+ which is what I am going to use if this all works).
I purchased Amiga forever's plus bundle and got all kickstart roms and a handy hardfile with workbench pre-installed (3.1).
Everything works fine but I don't seem to be able to install Octamed soundstudio.
I am now getting "Unable to open your tool 'sys:C/Installer'
Does anyone have a clue on what to try next?
