Unfortunately, it really isn't possible to free everything from a crashed app under OS3. Exec/AmigaDOS never track who requested a resource, especially memory. Even if Exec tracked the memory allocation, it does not know for sure if the application wanted to leave the memory allocated on exit, which is exploited by many patches, for example.
