What happens if you put the cd card into a card reader on your pc, run diskpart and list disks, does it show up, if so, use select (disk number) and then clean, make sure its the sd card as it wipes it totally blank, then run uae and add the now blank card as A1200 scsi and run hdtoolbox, making sure its tooltypes are set to use scsi.device and see if it appears?
