I looked again for the ROM orientation and it seems to be that right-justified is correct.

I additionally replaced the SD card adapter with the CF Card Adapter I had before but I am still not able to see anything in the boot menu (only CC0 and DF0). The only differences is that the menu needs more time to show up because the SD slot was empty.
