Is there a place I can put the "setpatch" file so the fs-uae sees it?

Hello!

I have used fs-uae for many years, set up with as a clone of my original amiga 1200.

On my machine (Ubuntu Budgie 20.04) I'm also running RetroPie. The emulationstation interface is quite nice and I'd like to be able to run whdload amiga games individually from that as well as the fs-uae launcher (for my full workbench desktop), similar to how amiberry handles it on an actual raspberry pi.

In fs-uae launcher, I have imported some whdload .lha files (which work in amiberry), but games seem to be warning of the missing setpatch file, and some crash. The docs say I need to have a workbench 3.0 .adf so it can get the file from there. My original disks have long since rotted away, but I have my full hard drive installation of workbench 3.0, complete with the necessary setpatch file. I have tried scanning the .hdf and the even the setpatch file in fs-uae but it doesn't seem to recognise it.

Is there any way of giving fs-uae the setpatch file it wants without the whole workbench adf (which I don't think I'm able to obtain legitimately)?
