Once you've placed your order you should get an email from retropassion.co.uk (I'm a customer, I don't work there). It should have order details. Mine had a temporary password. Logging into https://www.retropassion.co.uk/my-account-2/ I could see the order, which is still showing as 'placed'. I think that means it's not been shipped yet.
