If you have 3.1 roms, you can just soft load the updated components via startup anyway.
But yes you can blizzkick the 3 1.4 roms if you have a b1230 (mk4?). (I do, over the top of my 3.0 roms)
Although given 3.2 is out i don't know if I would bother with 3 1.4?
For 3.2 I have actually ordered physical roms though. Just because I wanted to.
