http://aminet.net/package/comm/misc/amigaXfer_win32. All you need is an Amiga, another computer, and a serial cable (only needs 3 wires: RX on each end to TX on the other, GND to GND).
It can do 512kbit/s (with USB-serial adapters) over serial on a plain A500. Writing and verifying an ADF into a floppy takes 2 minutes total. At 115200 (IBM PC on-board serial limitation), it will take three.
