Note that the process to convert a partiton to PFS3 is backup / change properties / format / restore. This means you should have used PFS3 to format your boot partition *before* you installed ClassicWB. Now you need another boot partition or floppy disk with PFS3 and HDToolbox on it. And enough space to backup your ClassicWB partition.

I know this is an old post but if I have to start from scratch with a diskparted hdd and need to boot from a floppydisk (adf as I use WinUAE to set it up) what files do I need to have on the floppydisk (all filenames with dirs) so I can make my PFS3 partitions ?
