Roadshow TCP/IP stack. CNET driver issue.

I'm having problems with Roadshow TCP/IP stack and my network card.

Here is the network card I have...

https://retroready.one/products/link...12700522086470

The card should work with CNET.device (unit 0). On attempting to mount the card via AddNetworkInferace (or by double clicking the CNet mountlist in DEVS:NetworkInterfaces all I get is: could not open CNET.device unit 0 (Device/unit failed to open).

My Amiga already has CCRESET fitted via the KA21 solderless board which is here:

My PCMCIA port is working fine (I also use a CF card adapter for transfering stuff so I can rule out its a fault with the PCMCIA port). I've also tried pulling out the network card and reinserting it after rebooting. Still I get 'could not open CNET.device unit 0 (device/unit failed to open). I beginning to think the network card is knackered is their anything I can try to solve this issue?

N.B I tried launching Prepcard just to see if Workbench picks up the network card. It detects the card just fine and it's listed as a LinkSYS 10bT Intergrated PC Card (EC10T) Version 4.1. Just now need some help to get it working with RoadShow.

Hopefully somebody will have a solution.
