I think the problem is a terminology problem :
Of course, I was simply pointing out real names of the files. Some games likes Stryx, Carcharodon, have been filed but have no real filename.
The trackloading routine of course needs sector start sector end references to know where each file is on a disk.
Everything you say is correct, but it was not what i was talking about.
Hence the mismatch of understanding.
