Probably the Zany program cannot be run from Workbench, but needs a DOS shell environment.

To run it, create a shell script, call it for example Play_Zany and put Zany as the only command in it. Give that shell script an icon of type Project and use C:IconX as default tool. Then you can double-click the Play_Zany icon and it will run Zany.
