You need to re-read the original post, the OP states they are not overscan fullscreen games, those have an ‘O’ next to them, which is what i class as full screen on a PAL machine and why i asked him to add those.
For whatever reason for ‘fullscreen’ he has stated:
“ (FS) - Gameplay area is Full Screen (at least 288x200 , or the same amount of pixels)”
