Its emulated, and I can assure you, Heavy Spectrum nor Sony wrote their own bespoke Amiga emulation to include the Amiga version.
They took an existing emulation and included it in the PS4 version, which is a bit of a grey area, because usually they are not allowed to be used commercially unless paid for.
Do you think Sony paid anyone for the rights to include someone elses emulation code in the PS4 version?

I guess even if Sony were aware they either expect not to be pursued, and even if they were they could deflect blame to Heavy Spectrum.
Heavy Spectrum probably assume no-one would go after Sony.
It would be interesting if Sony became embroiled in the Hyperion, Amiga Inc, Cloanto lawsuit
