Totally is! The issue form is is that from the wording it came across as you could boot Kickstart 1.3 to 3.1 where as it actually meant you could boot from the IDE adapter _USING_ any version of Kickstart from 1.3 to 3.1.
I'm not the only one who made this wrong assumption either.
