A4000T won't boot

I switched on my A4000T for the first time in about 8 years. It powers on, but remains on the black screen. Physically, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. A4000Ts have a lithium button battery, which is not prone to leakage like the others. All the capacitors look fine; it all looks just like it should. Of course, I don't really know what I'm looking for. Maybe something has leaked, but I can't see any evidence of that.

First thing I did was take all of the extra boards out. No change. Then I took out the SIMM. No change. I tried switching from the 040 board to my PPC board, still a black screen.

I put the 040 back in and noticed that the power light flashes. It does 11 flashes, the last holds for longer than the others, like the following:

X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.X.XXXX....[repeat]

Each flash is accompanied by a tiny click from the speaker.

This only occurs with the 040 board in-place. With no CPU board or with no PPC board, there is a black screen but no flashing.

Does anyone know what the flashing sequence means? Any thoughts?
