...the next game to be interrogated is
Code name Hell Squad 
So, download:
a) the bare-bones .HDF file.
[from the EAB File Server "/~Uploads/DamienD/HDFs"]
b) the .LHA file (for real Amiga users).
[from the EAB File Server "/~Uploads/DamienD/LHAs"]
Solution / walkthrough attached.
