Yes, the book will be 400 pages (the italian version is about 400 pages, so we expect the english version will be around that number).
We will try to get a price as near as possible to 25€ (shipping costs excluded of course). This depends on how much interest will be expressed in the next days. First of all we need to cover fixed translation costs (so we need a minimum amount of books to be sold) an if we manage to gather enough interest than we will fix a price that is 25€, little more otherwise.
Our sleepless nights editing and doing all other things will not be accounted in the book price :P We did the same thing for the italian version, we are planning to do the same with the international one
