Of course there are games supporting not only two, but even three independent buttons. Moreover, some new games also supports 2/3 buttons and CrystalCT patched many games to multi-button support....

Seek and Destroy only have more objects on the screen when AGA is detected. There is no AGA graphic, both "AGA" and "not AGA" option have same number of colours on screen.

There are more AGA games with CD32 joypad support and some have it by default, some by changing when CD32 joypad is detected, some have it "hidden" in options.
