This is a troublesome little bug. If it weren't mentioned in the polybios manual i would've never thought that uae could be the problem. Normally a user wouldn't read manuals of the library a program...

Well, the bug IS mentioned in the polybios manual.

It bothered me so i installed wine and WinUAE 4.2.1.
Same workbench same config and the pdf load just fine.

I don't have wine installed atm so i can't test winuae 4.2.

Good question :)
I tried with 030/040 and both of them crash. But it's possible that some 020 functions are used in other cpus aswell.

I read that, but that doesn't help.
The system i used to test this is a wb3.9 with custom rom. FPU or not doesn't matter as both version crash.
Don't bother to help me as i don't use pdf on amiga....

It should all work as before as the programms you set are stored in the icon files. my deficons.prefs doesn't change these.

btw: from the deficonsprefs you can open iconinformation with the menu too. maybe that works.

The Guru has nothing to do with deficons that's a different cause. i assume it's a bug in the hollywood library or a wrong datatype or library or something.
