I’ve got my TX+ in a Black Elbox case this the PSU fan faces sideways. My other 1200 TX board is in an older Elbox white case with the fan pointing upwards...

The Elbox PCI.library is proprietary to Mediators. So the answer to your question is no.
You can’t also use openpci with Mediators either. Also tried on G-REX that I have and no Dice.
