I have recreated the .info file by copying...
I have recreated the .info file by copying PIPE.info and renaming it TCC.info.
No more crashes.
Now it says `TCC:` is already mounted when I double-click the icon, same as the shell.

Once installed my machine always booted up in NTSC mode.
