The A4000T ROMs are the only ones supporting the onboard NCR SCSI. If your SCSI works, they should be ok.

Did you try without scsi devices? (Please disconnect them from from the bus and the psu)....

Try cleaning the pins by gently moving the ROMs sideways across a piece of paper.

If that doesn’t help, you may have received dead ROMs, which is not uncommon.

DiskDoctor cannot repair volumes at the moment. You must salvage the files to another volume using the "copy" option. Afterwards, format the source volume and copy the salvaged files back to it.
