Unfortunately, the Warp 1260 has no CPU-socket. You should at least get a rev 5, rev 6 or a XC68060RC60 with 60 MHz. So at least you can go a little higher than 50 MHz.

Floppies has also capacitors which can leak. I would get a gotek to check if the mainboard is fine. Did you check battery and capacitors on the mainboard? Is a leak visible?

Do you have any special questions? How is your 1200 equipped? I would recommend to start with 3.1.4 then you will have no problems with partitionsizes.

I'm from Germany and had a few Amigas 20 years ago (2000, 3000, but never an AGA-machine). Recently a 4000er board fell into my hands and now i'm trying to get it working again....
