Iirc there were several revisions of iff for images. Maybe DPaint III can't read Photoshop's format cuz it's newer? Maybe try DPaint IV or V instead?

I would like Andore to be a little more aggressive as well. Another thing is Axl won't defend himself even tho the animation frames seem to be there. Hollywood finally throws knifes tho, so, good job...

Personally, I would've added a proper socket where the pins for the fpu are and a simm slot for easy fpu and fast RAM expansions.

Other than those, I'd go for what was suggested about the Budgie...
