Edit: I've not tried from 1.3 to 2, I have no reason to think it wouldn't work.

It requires 1MB of RAM, but only 512kB of chip RAM.

I have an A500 with a 6A board, but have never bothered to upgrade to 1MB...

The Wii isn't that powerful so even though there is an Amiga emulator for the Wii I wouldn't recommend it.
