An example of AGA sprites in OutRun
I took some source graphics from the coin-op because I was curious what you could do with AGA sprites. The palm trees needed to be trimmed down a bit to 64 pixel width but they don't use more than 13...

That's what I meant :) If the bitmap source is stretched to double width/half height like when you resize the bitmap screen width on the VIC-20.

A question about AGA sprites
I was wondering if anybody could tell me what happens if you set up a 16 pixel wide sprite and assign the graphic data to it what happens if you then set that sprite to 32 or 64 pixels wide?
How...

Which AGA games used the 64 pixel wide sprites?
Although it took Amiga a long time to get decent sprites with AGA I can't think of any games off hand that used those massive 64x[screen height max] pixel sort of sized sprites off hand.
Anybody?

Commodore could have done an A1200 bundle with that 1220/4, 28mhz EC020 pretty similar to 25mhz EC030 for most games but much cheaper. Think it came out just as Commodore was pulled under though.
