on your mac, using your amiga emulator, you should be able to make blank disks. From there you can mount the dir where your .iff files are and in the emulator you can copy those over to the blank...

I'm speculating too, I think it might be because of the easier turn around if theres a change to be made to the pcb. Having a factory made pcb is great but I imagine that they would operate at a loss...
