Plus, it depends how it was stored when the battery started leaking.

Yeah, it's not a very useful card. In it's day, it was mainly so you could view high-color images quickly with RetinaView (I think that was what it was called) and that's about all it ever did well....

A600/A500/A1000/A2000 uses a 16-bit external data bus and 24-bit address bus.

A1200/A3000/A4000 are native 32-bit designs, or at least hybrid 16/32 in some ways.
