HxC doesn't support exporting as IPF, even though it gives it as an option. The IPF that was somehow created is only a 17KB file anyway, so it is not a valid IPF file (or valid any file).

Looking at your SCP dump, it doesn't look right. The gaps at the start/end of the disk, where the index line is, don't seem to be in the right place, or what I would expect.

I just use an expansion memory board with at least one the memory places socketed - so that I can just put in a memory chip and use Amiga Test Kit to test it.
