File systems PFS3, FFS and Early boot menu

I try to unmount partitions with the unmount command of this package

FAT95 ok, can mount and unmount for a while.
PFS3aio only once :confused
FFS never, FFS never die.

1) Is FFS source code still exist ? where ?
2) Is it normal for PFS3 ?
3) Is the source code or patched code of the boot menu with a true menu button, not the ugly hardware test of the port 1... exists for use with a usb mouse at boot time.
