Thanks..... how do I connect my adf file of the game to the install ??

sittingduck 04 February 2006 12:56

What do you mean by "connect"?
If you want to install the game from ADFs, you probably can't as the installer may only support the original version of the game. In that case you need the ipf-version of Carmen. In that case just run the installer and follow the prompts telling you when to insert your disks.

Thanks for clarifying that :) Alas, I don't have access to the original Carmen disk, so I guess I'll have to wait untill someone makes a complete WHD install including the game disk.

sittingduck 10 February 2006 13:07

I've got most of the ipf-files, but not Carmen so I can't help you out. For some reason you can't request ipf files here but maybe if you try on irc you will meet a friendly soul. I'm guessing quite a few of the people on irc have access to the complete ipf-collection.

Hehehe alas, I've never used IRC so I wouldn't even know how to start :(

sittingduck 10 February 2006 14:15

It's not that hard. I succeeded in my first try a couple of months ago. I used Sysreset - download this on http://www.sysreset.com/ Then all you have to do is paste irc.abime.net in the right place and then join #abime.net. Maybe you have to type in your name and nick and stuff. But try it.

All those listed by me as complete will be released once my hard drive is fixed as that is where they are all located.

Sounds great :) Are those the installs only or are the games themselves included (ie. will I need to have the original disks or not)
