Looks nicely.

Hopefully that's a good thing then :) I just finished linking all the level doors, exits and animated doors this morning. Just got to add the keys to the door locks in the Spooky Mansion level and then I can move on to the animated background tiles and on from there.

Working on it about 3-4 hours every day now I'm at the coding stage. Hopefully it will be completed for Christmas season release as planned, as lots of the donkey work stuff has been done much earlier in the year.

Cheers,

Adrian

Tin Toy Adventure

You are multi talented my friend. Not many people out there who can code, make music and gfx.

Look forward to seeing your game.

P.s. Just seen on lemon that you made Cyberpunks... love that game!

Yes this partly uses the Amiga AGA engine I wrote around 25yrs ago. Thanks <blush> and I hope it all turns out as expected later this year. I just fixed some more bugs and added the Spooky Mansion door keys this morning as it happens.

CyberPunks - I may do another AGA version of that next but in a Dungeon setting. I need to see how I get on with Wiz first before I commit to any newer Amiga projects tho in 2021.

Ohh this is super cool !! Check the video guys ;) https://www.instagram.com/fuzzydweeb/

AmigaDweeb 03 September 2020 11:47

@kriz Thanks :great

For those interested, I would imagine there will be more frequent mini-updates via my instagram page above as the coding is well underway.

Later as the game becomes playable and more complete, I will upload larger videos to my newer Amiga only YouTube channel which will be here

That's the plan anyway.

New video replaced this one later down this thread.

It looks very nice :) Are those all graphics drawn by You?

AmigaDweeb 04 September 2020 18:44

Thanks, mostly mine tho some of the actual backgrounds are placeholders and some bought in from an online graphics agency.

Nice progress, the walking animation is silly in a good way (like the hat bobbing). Glad to see progress being made. :)

nikosidis 09 September 2020 23:42

The Music and SFX sounds very good too. Looking a lot forward to this game :)

AmigaDweeb 10 September 2020 08:13

Thanks both :great

tarr 12 September 2020 19:49

Seems nice and smooth, but as long as I try I can't really like the main sprite. I just don't want to be an old wizard who moves like a baby and has a clown nose.

Predseda 12 September 2020 19:54

I do :)
