Amiga 600 DiagRom CIA/IRQ Check Freeze
 

Amiga 600, new capacitors.

When going onto the Diagrom CIA/IRQ tests the system freezes. Everything else, including memory, checks out.

When replacing Diagrom with a standard Amiga kickstart, boots up fine, but screen periodically freezes. Clicking on the mouse causes a freeze. These freezes last for about 1/2 seconds.

I suspect a bad CIA or trace connected, but I am wondering if someone can either back this up or refute it.

Start by checking the tick signals make it to the CIAs. Pin 21.
