Note: Page 1, 2, 10 and 143 has been minimally edited. Page 10 Scanned with 600 dpi but the original was already poorly printed.

German: die Seiten 1, 2, 10 und 143 habe ich so belassen wie sie sind bzw. nur minimal bearbeitet. Das ganze Handbuch war an ein Ring befestigt, deswegen die Schwarzen "kästen" :)
Habe Seite 10 mit 600DPI gescannt, aber das Original war schon schwach bedruckt.
